This collection consists of photographs, printed ephemera, and newspaper articles concerning Bronwynne Cornish's artistic practice and career. It is also includes examples of Bronwynne Cornish's personal and professional correspondence and curriculum vitaes.

Scope and Contents The collection contains letters from Ida Eise, an Auckland painter who taught at Elam School of Art and was a prominent member of the Auckland Society of Arts along with fellow artist Dorothy Morton. Eise was strongly influenced by the ideas of John Weeks (1888-1965), painter and art teacher, much of whose work was destroyed in a fire at Elam School of Art in 1949.
