Paula David diary.

Title: Ten years on the islands of the South Sea : from the diary of a German wife. In German. The diary covers the period May 1887 - January 1897 in Tonga and Samoa. A descriptive note by a Mitchell Library staff member is filed with the diary. Also with it are two photographs showing displays of island curios probably those presented by Mrs David to Sonderhausen, Germany (one display includes her portrait).
