Rena Thomson (née Alexandrina Watson) interview conducted by Judy Baird August 2003. Thomson talks about being a pupil- teacher at Fairfield School in Hamilton. She recalls her experiences at Auckland Teachers' College in 1930 and 193 and subsequent teaching career.

Emeritus Professor Ranginui Walker interview conducted by Louise Shaw 22 Novermber 2004. Walker talks about his student days at the Auckland Teachers' College in 1950 and 1951. He discusses his return to the college in 1962-1967 as a lecturer in Māori Studies and activities as a college council member during the late 1980s.

Ernest (Ernie) Warren interview conducted by Maxine Hunkin 31 January 2002. Warren talks about attending the Auckland Teachers' College in 1936 and 1937. He recalls the type and content of lectures and the availability of college help and resources. Waren recalls his teaching experiences and the teaching conditions of the time.
