Minutes of Council meetings

The collection contained two separate sets of minutes of Executive meetings and Council meetings, differently presented. The first set here listed (Items 1/1/1 to 1/1/3, and Items 1/2/1 to 1/2/4) was in labelled manila folders; the second set (Items 1/1/4 to 1/1/5 and Item 1/2/5) in files which appear to have been kept in the Auckland District Council office, or possibly in the national office in Wellington. The second set, in which minutes, agendas, schedules, etc., are interfiled, covers a wider period of time.
