The Executive consisted of elected Councillors and the General President, with the General Secretary in attendance.
In addition to typescript minutes, some session reports have been printed. Reports exist for the years 1921-1928, 1930-1932 and 1934. Also included are the minutes of special sessions and an urgent session concerning award negotiations (Nov-Dec 1922), motions put at this session are encoded; a report of conference with shipowners over award dispute 1922; a statement re. position (Jan 1923).
