Scope and Contents
Includes branch study courses and national schools in Communist theory. The following folders contain McAra’s handwritten draft notes and plans for particular courses, cyclostyled notes for tutors, handouts for students and reading lists. Amongst the material are also a number of relevant newspaper clippings. The bulk of the material dates from the 1950s and 60s but it is clear that McAra frequently recycled old material, updating as necessary.
