Scope and Contents
Papers relating to the microstates project a Stout centre project involving Geoff Bartram and Ray Watters. The material in this subseries was used by Huntsman while writing The future of Tokelau, some of the files were compiled by Tony Hooper but added to by Huntsman. MIRAB – stands for Migration, Remittances, Aid and Bureaucracy (model).
