Nukunonu field notes.
Scope and Contents
This subseries contains field notes created by Huntsman during her field work in Nukunonu. This subseries has been subdivided into sections corresponding to particular field trips. The material relating to her first trip to Nukunono between September 1967 and September 1968 has been further divided to reflect Huntsman's analysis of her field notes while writing her PhD thesis: Kin and coconuts on a Polynesian atoll: socio-economic organization of Nukunonu, Tokelau.
