(2) Indenture made on the 20 February, 1872, witnessing the sale by Ania, a Samoan, of the District of Alapata, Upolu, Samoa to John Lawrie, a British subject residing at Alapata, of a parcel of land called "Ulsaia", situated at Alapata, in consideration of the sum of $112 paid to him by John Lawrie.
