They comprise papers relevant to the working of the New Zealand Māori Council (NZMC) and Auckland District Māori Council (ADMC). Boxes 1-4 and 14-17 have been indexed to the item level. The remainder is lists of papers within the boxes that have not been indexed in detail. Note that the NZMC papers are housed in the Alexander Turnbull Library, gifted by Sir Graham Latimer.

Ranginui Walker, 2004
Emeritus Professor Ranginui Walker interview conducted by Louise Shaw 22 Novermber 2004. Walker talks about his student days at the Auckland Teachers' College in 1950 and 1951. He discusses his return to the college in 1962-1967 as a lecturer in Māori Studies and activities as a college council member during the late 1980s.
