Three French Land Titles, one 17th century, one 18th century and one undated (probably 18th century.) Accompanied with note "Documents sent by Bernard Carpenter to his friend Mrs Gubbins, Dial House, Camden, England at some date during 1914-1918, from an old war-damaged house in France."

Six folders containing 34 First World War era maps of the Western Front. Collection includes a range of maps from small scale (1: 250,0000) maps of North West Europe through to detailed trench maps. A number of the maps have been annotated with troop positions and/or the names of previous owners.
