Regina v Weaver. Charged that Henry Ernest Weaver in the Island of Sandwich did murder one William Greenlees Master of the Schooner Colonist on 22nd of May 1889.

Includes Finding and Order of a Naval Court held at Havannah Harbour on 30 May, 1889, to investigate complaint made by John Kekhafen, Mate that there is no person left on board the said ship capable of navigating her in a proper manner, when the witnesses in the case of Henry Ernest Weaver, have been withdrawn for conveyance to Fiji:
