HBM High Commissioner's Court at Suva. Criminal Jurisdiction. Regina v Weaver. Charged that Henry Ernest Weaver in the Island of Sandwich did murder one William Greenlees Master of the Schooner Colonist on 22nd of May 1889. a) Log Book containing the proceedings on board the Schooner Colonist from Sydney New South Wales towards South Sea Islands. 29 April 1889 to 31st May, 1889. Includes Finding and Order of a Naval Court held at Havannah Harbour on 30 May, 1889, to investigate complaint made by John Kekhafen, Mate that there is no person left on board the said ship capable of navigating her in a proper manner, when the witnesses in the case of Henry Ernest Weaver, have been withdrawn for conveyance to Fiji: b) A Log Book containing the proceedings on board the Schooner Colonist from the Port of Sydney N.S.W. to Coasting. 1 January 1887 to 25 April, 1889. c) Court papers.
