Correspondence and other papers relating to Tonga affairs mainly during the period 1899–1907 and in particular to the visit of the High Commissioner, Sir Everard in Thurn, to Nuku'alofa between December, 1904 and January, 1905.
(2) Memorial addressed to the High Commissioner, Sir Henry M. Jackson, by seven foreign residents of Nuku'alofa drawing attention to a number of grievances and disabilities said to be suffered by foreign residents due to the maladministration of the Tongan Government and praying that: jurisdiction over foreigners should be removed from the Tongan Courts, that the police force should be reorganised and that satisfactory control should be established over the Post Office, Treasury and Customs. The signatures of the petitioners are appended. The petition is undated.
