Scope and Contents
Material in the following files was received with the unsorted correspondence (i.e. separate from the ring binders of the coded system
), but had been placed in individual manila folders in the Union office. It has been maintained as a series of separate files, though the reasons for their existence are not in every case obvious.
The series can be seen as parallel to Series 1i – Correspondence Miscellaneous in D-8.
The Haigh Lyon & Co correspondence file has been placed in this series as appropriate, but it was received among the ring binders of Series 4 (following) and is of more recent date.
