This sub-series contains documentation relating to images in the collection and has been arranged in folders which correspond to the binders of negatives or cartons of prints in Series 2.
The documentation includes the original lists of photographs with captions taken on archaeological excavations or during anthropological fieldwork. Occasionally these lists are accompanied by site reports of copies of relevant journal articles.
Note that there is not documentation for every binder, or set of negatives within the binders.
