Collection includes diaries, codes and a sketch relating to Kennedy's role as a coastwatcher during the Second World War. The papers were received in an old suitcase which has been retained as part of the collection. The suitcase has Japanese characters on the lid which read Made in 1941, Electrically Heated Flight Suit. The collection has yet to be fully processed.
