In 1982 The Centrepoint Community applied to the Takapuna City Council for permission to extend its facilities at Albany to accommodate 322 persons. These papers consist of submissions for and against the application presented at hearings conducted by the Takapuna City Council in that year. A schedule of objectors is included. Some submissions in support of the application take the form of essays on various aspects of the Centrepoint philosophy by members of the Community.

Charles Clarke diaries.

Collection consists of a folder of photocopies of letters written by Charles William Egerton to his friend H.J. Allen in India who was then teaching at Presidency College, Madras. The letters contain interesting insights into university life, New Zealand social circumstances and Egerton's family life. The eleven letters date from 1894 to 1916.
