Jackson, by seven foreign residents of Nuku'alofa drawing attention to a number of grievances and disabilities said to be suffered by foreign residents due to the maladministration of the Tongan Government and praying that: jurisdiction over foreigners should be removed from the Tongan Courts, that the police force should be reorganised and that satisfactory control should be established over the Post Office, Treasury and Customs. The signatures of the petitioners are appended. The petition is undated.
