William Martell charged with manslaughter in that he shot Robert Garvie Clark at Lowelicas, Port Resolution, Tanna Island. Captain Browne of H.A.S. Tauranga forwards minutes and depositions of preliminary examination in R v Martell committed for trial at Suva for manslaughter. , 1897 - 1897
