Material copied from Elsie Turnbull on 31 March, 1977.
Unless specified, all recordings are of Mrs Turnbull's mother, Mamae Moke (nee Kaora) | Ngāti Hikairo of Kawhia, daughter of Hone Kaora (John Cowan), an informant of Percy Smith. The recordings were made in 1935 when the singer was in her 80s. Most of the items are announced by the singer's son, Reverent Paahi Moke, who also sings some items.
