Biographical / Historical
In 1990 the Elam School of Fine Arts coordinated a range of activities to celebrate the centenary of the School, including exhibitions, publications, and a reunion celebration.
To make the most of this opportunity the Fine Arts Library put out a request to past staff and students for any historical material relating to Elam in order to build a collection of social history of the school. Photographs, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, and reminiscences were submitted, but regretably many of the items lacked details of their provenance.
Items continue to be offered, and added to the collection.
