Scope and Contents
The collection is predominantly comprised of architectural drawings amassed by the early Auckland based building company W. Philcox and Sons Builders. Drawings by the following architects are included: Atkins and Bacon; Pierre Finch Martineau Burrows; W. A. Cummings; Edward Bartley; Gummer and Ford; E. Mahoney and Son; John Mitchell; Sinclair O'Connor; Daniel B. Patterson; R. J. Roberts; W. H Skinner; Henry Wade; Alexander Wiseman. Specifications for several of the projects are also included.
