Scope and Contents From the Series:

Most of this series belongs to the 1960s and was in a very poor state of organisation. In most cases permanent filing cases had not been used. In some instances the files simply consisted of brown paper parcels or less, while in general the material was only very roughly grouped. Running through most of the files was correspondence which more properly should have been placed with the correspondence files, or receipts, financial statements, etc which should have been in Series 3.
