C.J. Bennett price lists and maps for Mission Bay Estate sale.

Collection consists of maps and sales leaflets relating to the sale of sections in new suburb of Mission Bay, Auckland during the late 1920s and early 1930s. The land was originally owned by the Melanesian Mission Trust Board who subdivided and sold itthe land through C.J. Bennett Ltd.
