Scope and Contents
A collection of newspaper clippings, pamphlets and leaflets and posters protesting against the war, but including an article clipped from the Sunday Times of October 1 1967 by Rt. Hon. Keith Holyoake, Prime Minister, in defence of New Zealand's presence in Vietnam. Includes clipping of full page advertisement in the New Zealand Herald of October 20 1966 demanding the withdrawal of New Zealand troops, as signed by many notable New Zealanders. Also included are booklets from the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand, and Air New Zealand's Public Affairs Department, intended to assist voluntary organisations to present their views to the public.
