Photographs

The collection consists of correspondence; club records; manuscripts of poetry and prose; clippings; diaries; photographs; genealogies. There is a small file about Macky's husband John Victor Macky, principally clippings about his sporting and business career, and photographs from his military service in World War I. His brother Eric Spencer Macky is also represented in a file of clippings about his work as art teacher and president of the California College of Arts and Crafts, Berkeley. The principal item in the genealogies is Macky Family in New Zealand. Tables of descent n.d. Edna Macky's unpublished autobiography in the papers is entitled Far from Texas with memories of a Texan girlhood.
