Scope and Contents

Features SR and Deborah Hunt describing their work in experimental theatre. Hunt describes her 'four guardians' illustrated in the performances: 'The Figure in White...a mysterious instigator, a left-handed magician'; 'The Red Child...a joyful messenger'; 'The Wolf who fiercely directs the action'; and 'The Somnambulist...the sleeping soothsayer, the interpreter'. Scenes with SR as a schoolgirl gymnast; political theatre: the making of masks and puppets; technicians and equipment are key elements in these performances.
