Items 1/3 and 1/4, consist of outwards correspondence written by Mahon in his capacity as a Judge, whereas item 1/5 consists of drafts and facsimiles of correspondence sent to Justice Ted Sommers.
Finally item 1/6 is a bound notebook consisting of notes, correspondence and memoranda put together by Mahon to record his thinking on a Proposed Judicial Commission.
