This series contains files relating to projects that were either sent to, or initiated by, The Holloway Press but were not published. In most cases the projects were in the initial stages of planning but a few went into production. As they ceased at different stages and for different reasons the contents of the files vary but in most cases they include correspondence and either original, or facsimile, manuscripts. For ease of access they have been arranged chronologically by the year in which they were initiated.

Of particular note is folder 2/1, which contains manuscripts that belonged to The Griffin Press and were found by Alan Loney when the donated printing equipment was being transferred to Tamaki from Panmure. Each manuscript included has note attached written by Alan Loney to record details of provenance. In additrion, a letter dated 9 July 1995 from Derek Challis to Alan Loney, regarding the authenticity of the manuscripts can be found in file 3/2.
