Folder 1/22/3 contains correspondence relating a challenge mounted by a group of accademics regarding the success and cost efficency of Reading Revovery Programmes in the USA. This folder includes copies of the original letter questioning the Programme with Clay's annotations, plus her response and instructions to Reading Recovery Tutors regarding public relations.
