The folders in this series relate to 1998, which was the 20th anniversary of Reading Recovery. A Reading Recovery centre was established in Northern Ireland and folders in this subseries contain correspondence relating to the opening of the centre and a draft of Clay's speech for the event.
Clay also received an honorary degree from Ohio State University and her certificate and invitation to the award ceremony and reception can be found here
