Scope and Contents
In 1994 Clay was named the first New Zealander of the Year and awarded a fellowship by the Royal Society of New Zealand.
Folder 1/14/1 contains Clay's calendar for 1994 and diary used between 1994-2000. The file also includes a handwritten list by Clay's daughter Jenny, detailing significant events and places visited by Clay during the year.
Other folders in this series contain material related to conferences attended including copies of presentations, seminars and talks given by Clay and a small of personal correspondence.
