Scope and Contents

First Pe`e begins: "Koatu tanu i marae ara e uripaanga | Tai pauta taito ia Nee". Composed by Rongoinga. This Pe'e is about the arrival of missionaries in different districts of the island.

Second Pe`e begins: "Tukuna mai te ata o te reru e | Ei tokere ia Ra". Composed by Mokoiro. Pe'e is about a man without anywhere to live, who went from place to place looking for a home until he reached Maraea, where he settled.
