Pao whaiāipo begins: "Haere e Weti ki te ao o te Tonga | Ko ahau ki teh whakaruatangi ai ei"

Biographical / Historical
The first two items are 'top-spinning songs', the humming tops being whipped with flax ropes.
The singer was initially reluctant to record the pao whaiāipo in case Waikato should think se was presuming.
