Informs that the arrangement for the carriage of loose letters on steamers which has been sanctioned in respect of the Papuan service could be applied in the Protectorate. (2) Has given a general permission for local wireless traffic from steamers, and has requested that messages for other stations should be transmitted through Tulagi.
