From The Secretary of State. States that the general licence therein referred to permitting the importation into the United Kingdom of articles which are exported from, and are the produce or manufacture of, any part of the Empire, has now been extended to cover the following items:- or (a) Gold/articles containing gold. (b) Spirits other then brandy and rum. and that hops will continue to be excepted from the operation of the general licence., 1919
