From The Secretary of State. States that as the Crown Agents for the Colonies have represented that, in the absence of a settled system of remuneration for their work in connection with the letting and execution of contracts for engineering works in the Colonies and Protectorates, the cost of Such work has to be made good out of funds received from other services regular charge for such service has been instituted., 1918
