States that the native Harry Wonmoy, or Wenham, of Lamen Island, Epi, who was recommended by the Joint Naval Commission on the 18th December, 1913, for imprisonment for a term of six years, for the murder of one Warnilar, of Lamen Island has been released and repatriated as he has been of exemplary conduct during the whole of his detention., 1919
