Forwards communications from New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland in regard to the introduction of legislation to prevent natives of the Pacific Islands being supplied with intoxicating liquor and states that as soon as information comes to hand from the other Government it will be forwarded to Y.E. with the least possible delay and points out that any spirits exported to the Pacific Isds would be consigned to European or Asiatic merchants carrying on business there and never to natives., 1919
