From Agent and Consul, Tonga. States that the Hon H. C. Stronge, chief Justice of Tonga, has been granted four and a half months vacation leave to be followed by three and a half months leave on half pay on the grounds of urgent private affairs and that Mr. George Scott, Chief Clerk in the Premier's Office has been appointed Acting Chief Justice during Mr. Stronge's absence from the Kingdom., 1919
