Includes minutes, correspondence, administrative records, and a survey of peace groups. The records cover a period from about 1984 to 1989. Because of the nature of the Forum, its records are not particularly organised, and the minutes and correspondence include other records such as duplicates, newsletters, clippings, and publicity material.

This collection consists of minutes, financial records, a large compilation of correspondence, media releases, collections of newspaper clippings and newsletters from other organisations with relevance to East Timor, as well as books, videos and audio cassettes used by ETIC Auckland for its publicity and educational endeavours. Virtually no records or correspondence have survived from the pre-1982 period, and some email correspondence has also been lost, especially from the late 1990s.

This collection contains some minutes (earlier records have been lost), general correspondence with MPs and other organizations, financial records, parliamentary submissions on a range of issues, and subject files on specific projects and events.
