Scope and Contents The collection includes of minutes, correspondence, annual reports, membership lists and historical notes. No minutes were discovered for the period between September 1971 and September 1973; and no minutes of executive meetings between March 1967 and March 1974, though there are attendance books for signatures of executive members dated 1970-1972 (Item 52) and 1973-1974 (Item 53).
