Copies dated 11 July 1916 of: Original instrument of grant (1853) of four acres for College and Grammar School, with three instruments of conveyance (1854). Each is certified as an "examined copy of the recorded copy" and signed by the Deputy Registrar of Deeds, Deeds Register Office, 11 July 1916.
